- Fuel injectors need to be removed, flow tested and cleaned, or replaced. The engine experienced a hard start condition, seeming overly rich at startup. The owner stated he typically had to advance the throttle to start the engine which should not be necessary for a fuel injected engine.
- The jackshaft support bearings emitted some notable noise at idle, recommend replacing at next service.
- Replace belts at next service, excessive belt dust was noted
- Steering cable and helm should be serviced to eliminate play
